Because each Snug Bug Sweaters item is thoughtfully made and carefully inspected prior to shipment, we encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing details, and photos carefully before placing an order.

That said, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary and will accept eligible returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with all original tags attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at snugbugsweaters@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order after your return is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
